Together with our contracted growers we have successfully completed the 2026 harvest season. Thanks to field supervision by our agricultural engineers and our drip irrigation investments, our total yield rose 18% year on year.
All harvested produce was processed within 24 hours of leaving the field — the single most critical factor in preserving the crispness we look for in gherkins and acur.
Planting planning for next season is already complete; we aim to expand the cultivated area for jalapeño and Lombardi peppers.
